About Me

I, Michael Frake, am dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. I am experienced and knowledgeable in a variety of fitness disciplines including; Bachelors in Kinesiology, Certified Personal Trainer, Pain Free Performance Specialist, Certified Nutrition Coach & 7 years of experience. I work and have worked with all levels of experience from ages 18-75. I am 100% committed to providing you with personalized support and guidance throughout your fitness journey.

How I run my programs with TRAINERIZE

To keep everything organized, track progress efficiently, and make your experience with me as seamless as possible, we will be using TRAINERIZE - a powerful fitness coaching app that allows me to deliver everything you need in one place.

 

Personalized Training Plan- Your workouts will be scheduled in the app, complete with exercise demos, sets, reps, and rest times.

Progress Tracking- Log your weights, reps, and cardio sessions to ensure progressive overload and consistent fat loss.

Nutrition Guidance- Meal plans, macro tracking, and calorie targets to optimize fat loss while keeping muscle.

Weekly Check-Ins - Submit progress photos, weight updates, and feedback so we can adjust your plan if needed.

Direct Messaging & Accountability-Communicate with me easily through the app for support, questions, and motivation!
